Domaine Mardon
Quincy is a small appellation to the west of Sancerre near the city of Bourges, the speciality is the Sauvignon grape. Sometimes known as a “poor man’s Sancerre” because of the lower price, the wines are delicious. Perhaps not as complex as Sancerre, but a delightful Sauvignon Blanc nevertheless. The Mardon estate covers 15 hectares and is unanimously considered the top estate of the appellation.
